Guidelines for Plenary/Invited/Oral Presentations

Plenary Presentation

30 Minutes in total (25 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for discussion)

Invited Presentation

20 Minutes in total (17 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for discussion)

Oral Presentation

15 Minutes in total (12 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for discussion)

Speaker Preview Room

To make sure presentations run smoothly during the sessions, please check in at the speaker preview room ,Room No. 703, 7F, Chaloem Rajakumari 60 Bldg. (Chamchuri 10 Bldg.) at least one day before your session starts and provide a copy of your presentation (on a USB stick) to the technical staffs.

After loading the digital file into the official computer, you are advised to check for any irregularity in the fonts and appearance and make changes if necessary.

The Speaker Preview Room will be opened during the following hours:

Remarks for Speakers

Presentations must be prepared and presented in English. No simultaneous translation will be provided at the conference.
The PowerPoint slides for your presentation should be in 16:9 aspect ratio.
The conference computer used for the oral presentations will run on Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
We recommend that use a minimum font size of 20 pt in your slides to ensure that your content is well readable for everyone in the conference room. Please use Arial font.

For Plenary / Invited / Oral Session Chairpersons

Please complete your registration and come to the Chairpersons’ Reception Desk near the registration desk.
Please be seated at the “Next Chairperson’s Seat” at least 15 minutes prior to your session.
Please ensure that the session starts and finishes on time.
Please hand in the “Presentation Evaluation Form” at the Chairpersons’ Reception Desk after your session finishes.
