How to access from Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) to PVSEC-36 Venue, Chulalongkorn university area
There are two easy and economic ways to access from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) to PVSEC-36 venue (downtown area of Bangkok) as follows:
1 Taxi-Meter (From BKK Airport to PVSEC-36 Venue, Hotels)
Metered taxis are the easiest way to get out of the airport and to your hotel. Once you clear customs and immigration, head downstairs to the first level;
there will be a taxi line outside. You will need to stop at a desk and tell the clerk your destination. After you say your destinations,
they will assign you to the next available driver. The clerk can help explain where you need to go,
but it is best to have your destination written out in English/Thai in case you need to show it to the driver.
It will take around one hour and cost around 350 baht from the airport to Chulalongkorn university area.
You will have to pay an additional 50 Baht on top of the meter fare, plus any tolls.
The fastest way to get into the city is on the expressway and tolls will cost you an additional 70 baht or more depending on where you are going.
Most taxi drivers are honest but some will try to offer you a flat rate to take you to your hotel. Insist on the meter.
2 Airport Rail Link + Taxi-Meter (From BKK Airport to PVSEC-36 Venue, Hotels)
The Airport Rail Link is the cheapest and fastest way out of the airport and into downtown Bangkok.
When you arrive, follow the signs for the train station, which is located on the basement floor.
The train will take you directly to Phaya Thai Station, the last stop in about 40 minutes.
A ticket from BKK to Phaya Thai Station costs 45 baht. Trains run approximately every 15 minutes from 5:30 a.m. to midnight, daily.
After get off at the Phaya Thai Station, go down the stair to a road. Get on a taxi-meter.
Ask the taxi-meter driver to go to Chulalongkorn university or your hotel. The taxi-meter will cost about 100 Baht and take 30 minutes.
3 Airport Rail Link + BTS Skytrain (From BKK Airport to PVSEC-36 Venue, Hotels)

How to access from Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) to PVSEC-36 Venue, Hotels
Dong Mueang International Airport (DMK), located in the north of Bangkok serves as a secondary hub for low-cost flights, both domestic and international destinations. Some airlines will touch down (or take off) at the DMK in Bangkok.
Although there are several ways to access from the DMK Airport to the PVSEC-36 venue, hotel nearby, we firstly recommend that you should use a taxi-meter which is the easiest way.
1 Taxi-Meter (From DMK Airport to PVSEC-36 Venue, Hotels)
Taking a taxi-meter from Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) is the easiest way to reach your hotel in Bangkok.
Once you've done baggage claim and gone through customs, follow the signs that say taxi-meter. DO NOT follow anyone offering a taxi.
Just ignore them, these are just touts and are not regulated drivers.
At the taxi-meter stand you'll need to take a ticket and wait in line for your turn.
Depending on the time of day and how busy the airport is, there can be a pretty long line.
It will take by a taxi-meter about one hour and cost around 300 baht from the DMK Airport to PVSEC-36 venue, hotel area.
Official taxi-meter drivers are required by law to use the meter. But always ask the driver to use the meter before getting in the car.
Also, a surcharge of Baht 50 is applicable for airport taxi-meters and also you will need to pay any tolls if using the express-way.
Please also pay another 10 baht per each luggage to the taxi driver.
2 Shuttle Bus + Taxi-Meter (From DMK Airport to PVSEC-36 Venue, Hotels)
Shuttle buses (public buses) operating from Don Mueng International Airport (DMK) to Bangkok are air-conditioned and have plenty of room for your backpacks or luggage.
If you're on a budget, the shuttle buses from Don Mueang are the most reliable option.
Currently there's four buses operating between Don Mueang and various popular areas in Bangkok City.
The buses operate on a 30 minute or 15 minute schedule and cost between 30 baht ($0.84) and 50 baht ($1.40).
The A1 bus goes to BTS Mo Chit Station. The schedule is every 15 minutes from 6:30am to midnight.
The A2 bus goes to Victory Monument. The schedule is every 30 minutes from 6:30am to 11:00pm.
The A3 bus goes to Lumphini Park. The schedule is every 30 minutes from 7:30am to 11:00pm.
The A4 bus goes to Khaosan road. The schedule is every 30 minutes from 7:00am to 11:00pm.
Buses leave from the arrival area on the first floor of Terminal 1, near Exit No. 6 at Don Mueang Airport.
The older buses are orange (don't worry, they still have air condition) and lately new blue buses are being introduced on the Don Mueang Airport bus routes.
All bus routes are direct. This means there's only a few stops before the shuttle bus reaches its final destination. The journey usually takes between 60 to 90 Minutes.
Do not forget your belongings on bus.
Bus tickets are bought on board in cash from the driver or bus conductor. Make sure to have smaller notes because large notes like ß500 and ß1000 may not be accepted.
