Guidelines for Poster Sessions

Poster Size

The area available for the poster is limited to a rectangle 120 cm tall by 90 cm wide. Please make sure that the poster fits within the allowed display area.

Poster Format and Poster Contents

Poster contents and presentation must be in English.

Poster materials must be legible from a distance of two meters. Lettering in text and figures should be at least 5 mm, and the headings should be at least 10 mm.

Place your Poster ID (Abstract ID), near the top of the poster.

A brief introduction, background, goals, experimental detail, conclusions, and references.

Poster Mounting

Each poster author is responsible for printing their poster and bringing it to the conference.

PVSEC-36 organizers does not print the posters.

Set up your printed poster at least half hour before your session start time on the day you are scheduled to present.

Paper numbers will be placed on the poster boards in numerical order. Find your paper number and put up your printed poster in the designated space.

Tape or Velcro will be provided by PVSEC-36 organizers to hang your poster.

Important Remarks for Posters

Due to space limitations posters will be divided into three groups (days) and posters should be mounted/removed per the below schedule:

Check the conference agenda to find your poster session timing on website.

Any posters not removed on time will be removed and discarded.

Present your poster in person at the designed time.

The posters will be displayed in the Lobby Hall, 1F, Chaloem Rajakumari 60 Bldg.(Chamchuri 10 Bldg.).

Poster boards will be arranged with letters designating each aisle and numbers indicating poster position within the aisle.

Poster presenters are required to stand by the poster during the scheduled duration 17:00-18:30 to answer questions from attendees.

For Poster Session Chairpersons

Please complete your registration and come to the Chairpersons’ Reception Desk in the Lobby.
Please hand in the “Poster Session Evaluation Form” at the Chairpersons” Reception Desk after your poster session finishes.

Uploading of the PVSEC-36 Proceedings Manuscript is now available. Please log in and go to the “ABSTRACT” section, then click on the Proceedings Manuscript subsection.

We are pleased to announce that the deadline for submitting manuscripts to the PVSEC-36 Conference Proceedings has been extended to 15 December 2025.
